The Board of Infrasafe Limited (Infrasafe) views Quality as an essential Company framework to gain competitive advantage, as well as reinforcing and enhancing the Company’s reputation and image.

In order to achieve this we are committed to a continuous improvement culture throughout the organisation based on the stated business objectives and the ISO 9001:2008 International Quality Standard.

We want all our people to be committed to quality, to recognise its importance, and to act accordingly and we recognise that it is our responsibility to provide them with the means and the motivation to do so.

Our employees are our greatest asset and we aim to give them every opportunity to use their skills and experience to improve the quality of the service we provide.

We shall not rest on our achievements but will continue to make quality a fundamental part of our policy, strategy and operations. We recognise that customers’ expectations and perception of the quality of service we provide do not stand still and we are committed to meeting, and exceeding wherever possible, those expectations.

The Board of Infrasafe will review this policy on at least an annual basis or when circumstances change that may affect our policy.
