Possession Management

Infrasafe has established an enviable reputation in delivering possession management services, providing a key role in establishing the practice in the rail industry. Using an innovative approach, we have developed pioneering systems including large scale magnetic track diagrams which can be used from the planning stage through to helping PICOPs manage large and complex possessions.

Infrasafe has been a Primary Supplier to Network Rail for the provision of possession management services for a number of major long-term contracts. We work closely with clients, maximising opportunities to work within possessions, and developing a customised system and documentation to meet safety, operational and budget requirements. We have developed possession control centres for managing complex engineering possessions, now an industry benchmark adopted nationally by Network Rail. We can provide a dedicated team of possession management specialists from Senior PICOPs to Site Wardens, all fully equipped and project briefed by Infrasafe. We are a RISQS Approved Supplier of Possession Management services.
